Your servers are lightning-fast, and it's easy to set up MySQL, FTP, e-mail etc accounts. Not to mention that I get unlimited numbers of them!
I have the cheapest webhosting available, which costs me Approximately £15 a year I believe. For this I get a good amount of disk space (1GB) and a huge amount of bandwidth (10GB a month). One of my close friends pays over £10 a month for that sort of service!
I could go on and on but all I have to say is well done, your service is amazing. I checked the uptime on your servers and it seems you have almost no downtime.

The owner of VS-HS can be spoken to live on the MSN Protocol, and I know a few times I have needed programming advice in particular and he has helped me to solve my problem. He also helps our team test our products when we are developing them and offers tips and support whenever he can. Some support he offers is because we both share an interest in PHP and other Web Technologies, but this kind of support is unexpectedly generous given that he only really has to support with our domains and hosting. He has left an impression on me that makes proud to be a customer, in fact I feel more as a friend than a customer!"

"Since I changed to VS-HS last year everything has been good. No troubles, downtimes, etc. The support is very friendly and available through MSN which is great for me, because it takes much less time compared to writing e-mails (but you can send e-mails as well of course).
I will give you a practical example: VS-HS implemented a new (and very good) control-panel (with a new code editor) recently. However I had problems with characters such as � � �. I couldn't figure out how to fix this myself so I asked the support - Which immediately told me what settings to activate in the inbuilt code editor.
I find it very good that I can contact the support easily also for very minor details, I use the support quite a lot. Overall I think this is a great host, well worth the money."
